Which thickness for which door job
Around 0.35 mm is commonly used on vacuum and membrane presses because thicker film bridges routed grooves on MDF door faces. Around 0.18 mm is commonly used for profile wrapping and flat door-skin lamination because thinner film follows tight radii on frames, skins and mouldings. Confirm the article for your part and test on your line before a production order.
