How a decor enters production
A new surface usually passes through several decisions:
- A designer, showroom or manufacturer selects the required look.
- The decor is reviewed on a physical sample or fan deck.
- The manufacturer evaluates the selected film for the part, substrate and production process.
- Availability, quantity and price are confirmed with the Greenwood team.
You can request a decor sample for visual approval, a physical catalogue (courier or a meeting), or material for a production test.
Where GREENWOOD PVC films are produced
GREENWOOD decorative PVC films are manufactured in China at a specialised decorative-film manufacturing facility and supplied to manufacturers across the UAE and MENA from our stock hub in Sharjah.
We work directly with a production partner in China. GREENWOOD manages the product range from the market side: decor selection, surface requirements, film specifications, production planning and stock programmes for customers in the region.

This gives manufacturers two practical advantages:
- Industrial manufacturing scale in China — specialised equipment and a broad range of decorative-film technologies.
- Local supply and support in the UAE — physical samples, production-test material, Sharjah stock availability and direct support from the GREENWOOD team.
Before a new article enters regular supply, we evaluate the decor, specification and intended production application. Manufacturers should also test the selected film with their own substrate, adhesive and equipment before serial production.
From factory to production
- Decor and specification are approved by GREENWOOD.
- Film is manufactured at our production partner’s facility in China.
- Finished material is checked and prepared for export.
- GREENWOOD maintains selected stock in Sharjah.
- Customers can review physical samples and test material on their own production line before regular orders.

GREENWOOD in the UAE
As the official GREENWOOD representative for the UAE, our team handles product selection, samples and commercial enquiries from Sharjah stock, and coordinates direct factory volumes for larger planned production. Manufacturing takes place in China; local stock, samples and day-to-day support sit in the UAE.
